Renaissance
Renaissance is a positive school culture movement that seeks to make Shelbyville Central High School a place ALL students want to be. SCHS Renaissance fosters inclusivity, recognition, and fun events for the students and staffulty at our school. Renaissance is not a club, but rather a positive “movement” within our school, so we welcome any and all students who are interested to join in on the fun whenever work days, meetings, and events are announced. If you have questions, our SCHS sponsors are Mr. Bryant (Room 211) and Mrs. Kingree, who is in the front office.
SCHS welcomed the Class of 2025 with a Renaissance Rally on their first day of school! With a beach theme, music, and entertainment, freshmen were introduced to important faces in the school and welcomed by Upperclassmen.
